Do I require an internet connection at home?
When configuring the devices for the first time, you'll need an internet connection; but, after that, you'll only need one if you wish to use the devices outside of your home.
What if my internet connection fails?
You may still control gadgets locally using kinetic switches and even with your phone when both devices are linked to the same WIFI network.
What if someone gets access or hacks into my WIFI? Can that user also control my lights?
No one could control your lights unless they had access to them. Because device communication protocols are encrypted, even if someone hacks into your home WiFi, they will be unable to control your lights.
Will these retrofit modules be able to fit behind my existing switchboard?
Yes, the device is designed to fit nicely under a conventional switch plate.
Would my current switches still work normally?
Yes, they would work correctly, but the normal switches would behave as two-way switches.
How are the products going to be installed?
You do not need to be concerned about this. Our electricians will do the work as soon as the ordered devices arrive at your place.
How long does the installation of one device take?
One gadget installation takes roughly half an hour.
When should I expect my all devices to be installed after completion of my order procedure?
When you order a product that is personalised for you, it will take between 2 and 3 weeks to manufacture and install your devices. Otherwise, it may be quicker.
How many people can operate the gadgets?
You have the option of granting access to an infinite number of people.
What is the period of the product's warranty?
Agira Automation selects the product based on your requirements but ensures that the brand warranty is at least one year. In addition, several of our brands' products come with a 7-year warranty.
